Corrections policy
We'd rather fix a mistake quickly than defend it. Here is how corrections work.
What we correct
- Wrong business. If a listing names a real business whose identity was stolen, we change the listing, remove or annotate the misused details, and can post a public notice clearing the business.
- Factual errors. Wrong locations, phone numbers or categories are corrected as soon as we can verify them.
- Reporter corrections. If you filed a report and need to change it, email us with your reference number.
How to ask
Use the dispute form or email [email protected]. Tell us what is wrong and how we can verify it. We aim to reply within three business days.
What we won't do
We don't remove accurate reports because a business asks us to, and we never accept payment to remove or change a listing. If someone offers to "remove your listing for a fee", they don't work for us.
Reporters' responsibilities
Write only about what happened to you. Don't guess at people's identities, and don't post private information. We'll edit or reject reports that do.
